People were great. Maintenance needs work. The elevator is making terrifying sounds. Floor job in Elevator looks like I did it myself (not a compliment) Tile in bathroom of room looks like it's gonna fall out. Just needs more dillegence.

The beds were nice and the rooms were clean, only thing I can say is the people who stayed there were loud and inconsiderate, slammed doors all night stomping around all night, and one of the side doors to the hotel had duck tape over the latch so the door wouldn’t lock after 10 like it is suppose to and that just is not safe honestly and nobody did anything about it. I should have pulled the tape off myself, big bucket full of cigarette butts next to the side door, pool was dirty. But I would stay here again for sure because the little things that were not that great were just that little things!

Started off the stay by walking into my room and seeing that it was not clean. The bed wasn’t made from the previous guest. When they switch rooms, my key stopped working every time I tried to go back to the hotel room. I thought the elevator was gonna snap off the gate was every time.

Book the hotel which said pet friendly but didn't show any pet charges. We get to hotel and got charged an additional 230 dollars for pet and deposit. Get room and stuff wasn't very clean stove top filthy and curtains was tore but room was stay able. Two mornings later we get woke at 8 am telling us we had to change rooms do to it needing maintenance work. So gather belongings and off to another room. Only to fine bathroom door hard to close fridgerater not working TV remote missing parts hard to use what was there to change channels. Trim missing off furniture ECT.. I needed to leave a day early but manager/ owner would not wave last night of stay so stuck around till late evening and when I went to check out desk clerk had a awful attitude because I wanted receipt s for dog money and room can't do room only manger can which wasn't there did get dog reciept.

Horrible experience! The entire ordeal was terrible. I have requested my full refund from and recently contacted my credit card company along with Quality Hotels Inc. The check in was a complete disaster. I waited for the front desk person to check me in. Totally unoccupied. Inadvertently alarm going off. A team member walks in my room unannounced. Totally unacceptable! The overall conditions of the hotel and cleanliness was below standards. I would have checked out after the 1 st night. Unfortunately the weather conditions in Myrtle beach was bad.

asked that the room be made up in an hour as we were getting ready and needed more time. Never came back to clean the room. Trash was never emptied , had to get clean towels ourselves. Not at all pleased with the service.

Overall the property was clean and the help was accommodating. However, it was 30° outside and when I went to the room it clearly had not had heat turned on in some time and therefore was freezing. I turned the heat on and it ran all night in the room. Was still freezing with no ancillary blankets in the morning.

This hotel was off the charts out of touch. I was terrified what could happen from ned bugs to germs to mold and inoperable amenities. Scary from the outside even. DO NOT BOOK HERE. You will be disappointed at best.

Our stay was short and we didn't spend much time in the room, but overall it was good. The room could have used some repairs. The hotel is very close to shopping, so that's a plus!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE We booked a room with this hotel on 11/23. The receptionist was very pleasant. However, the minute we opened the door to our room (306) a roach fell off of the door. My husband killed it and We then went back to the front desk to let the receptionist know. She offered another room (111)and when we went to that one there was literally a bed bug on the wall. We went back to the front desk and told the receptionist and we informed her that we were leaving. She said that we would have to speak with the manager in reference to a refund. The manager was RUDE!!!!!!!!! He tried to tell me that we stayed at that filthy hotel for 45 minutes and so he would not give us back our money. There was no way we stayed there for 45 minutes in that nastiness

The room door would not locked, we had to put chairs at the door just to feel safe. Room was clean. We received daily housekeeping on this three day trip. Staff was nice.

We had horrible neighbors. The room that adjoined ours must have had paper for doors. We heard everything they said and I'm sure they heard us. Only problem they were using horrible language until early in the morning. Room across the hall had a dog and it barked much of the time. Facility was nice and I our room was comfortable.

The management and ownership of this property lessen the brand name of the hotel. He was rude and very unprofessional. The property owner does not understand American hospitality or customer service. Choice Hotels should really vet ownership. However, the front desk staff was more refreshing and customer-oriented.

Tiny rooms, sticky floors and the beds were filthy. I noticed a bad smell coming from the bed and you'd never guess what I found. A refund requested but was not granted. I stayed for about 30 minutes before heading elsewhere. I'd post pictures but the app is preventing me from uploading.

The worst hotel stay I’ve ever encountered. I will not recommend to anyone. I will tell them to stay away. I have pictures of mold growing out of the coffee maker in room. Room was on first floor. Latch on window was broken along with crack in glass. Stains on bedding, rust on tub and pubic hairs in shower. Sketchy individuals hanging out in parking lot all night long ever night. Back door to building by pool didn’t shut all the way. Anyone could gain access. Unsafe for sure! Walls are so thin you could hear people in and out of the building all night long and people snoring in next room over. Pool was a nasty hue of green. I have pictures of all and plan on contacting Expedia for my money back. I suggest Expedia take this hotel off their list as nobody deserves to spend their hard earned money on a hotel of this capacity.

Moved my daughter into college. Arrived and the system was down. The were quick to get us in the room but we did have to wait a little bit to get our room key. Thetv would not work and the only option was to move to a different room that did not fit our needs so we had to stay.

This place is NOT suitable for a short or long stay! They have roaches and bed bugs smells like mold! Boyfriend and I have allergies and asthma triggered us the hour or so we were in the room. After seeing the roach we decided on getting a new room some place else. Woke up the next morning with bed bugs bite all over us. I’m truly disappointed and disgusted the manager will not issue a refund even though we had to take a trip to the urgent care and throw things out and thoroughly check out or dogs and their beds. This is truly unacceptable. NOT WORTH BRINGING THESE CRITTER home with you and getting chewed on. For those who are wondering I stayed in room 110 this means nothing because they have legs and will go wherever they want!

We were down there for a softball tournament in mrytle beach and we came from Minnesota and when we checked in the front door lady was so nice and helpful and then we went up the elevator and it was very scary and dirty and then the room clean but bathroom was gross and then we went down the stairs and the steps were squishy and felt like they were going to break. We were going to stay for a week but we stayed 2 night because we had a family emergency back home so i did a early check out and the front desk lady said they would call be back to let me know on our cancelled but on the website it said they would honor early check out and now it been a week and still no call and they still have not credit back our 1086.00 I am really pissed because i call and i get put on hold and get nothing. I am really pissed and just dont knkw if i will use Hotel.com anymore.

Staff were friendly and professional. Clean facilities & my room was the same as the pictures online😇.Thank You!! P.S.-the Young Lady at the service desk deserves a raise. She maintained EXCELLENT customer service even after working multiple long hour shifts.

Overall, a good hotel for the price. Some of the people were extremely loud very early in the morning which I know is out of really anyone’s control, but we found out later on it was some maintenance people who were also staying at the hotel while working on things around the building. My girlfriend was woken up two days in a row at 5 am from them listening to music, whistling, laughing, etc. considering we were on vacation it was not our intention to be woken up that early. Other than that though, we stayed for a week, and the cleaning crew was very diligent about coming by to clean, they had free breakfast, and it was in a good area not far from the beach if that’s where you’re looking to go!

Upon arrival everything looked amazing, beautiful, newly renovated, great atmosphere ect… we were completely happy until we turned the lights out to go to sleep and a million roaches were everywhere. We spent the entire time we were there killing roaches and being scared to death to get out of bed at night or leave our belongings in there. It was a nightmare! Black mold was also growing around the bathroom sick, didn’t notice that until the end of our stay. It’s an ok hotel but for what I paid and what I had to deal with it was a complete nightmare.
