Ideal location for Longleat lovely restaurant attached to the hotel the food was spot on , staff were brilliant all in all very good value for what we paid

Can’t fault it

We stayed for one night during the UK heatwave and had a very comfortable stay. The room was a good size, very clean and had a comfortable bed, while the bathroom was huge. A fan had been provided, which was very welcome given how warm the nights were. There was also a good selection of tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast is done differently here: you choose from a pre-set sandwich menu and it is delivered to your room the night before. It is served cold. The on-site Italian restaurant was fantastic and a real highlight. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, the manager, Piotr, very kindly carried our bags to the room. At check-out, the owner gave us extra bottles of water for our road trip, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really left a positive impression. The location suited us, free parking and WiFi. It was also reasonably quiet (it was Monday-night stay).

The bathroom could do with a few more hooks or rails for hanging towels and clothes. Also, depending on what you plan to do in the area, you will probably need your own car or some form of transport to get around easily.

No issues

Rooms were comfortable. Having breakfast in our room suited us as we could eat and go. We were thankful for the fan provided as the nights were quite warm. The on site restaurant was good, food was lovely. All staff were very friendly and catered well for my 10 year old niece. Location was perfect as we had come over to visit Longleat Safari Park. Free parking and WiFi were very welcome. All in all, a great stay and excellent value for money. Thank you

I’m not sure if all rooms overlook the road but it was noisy with traffic, although we did have the windows open due to it being so warm.
