Staff were friendly and very welcoming throughout our week stay.
The room we had was excellent with easy access to the pool bar and restaurant.
The pool and grounds were always in a pristine condition.
The food was first class and prices for food and drink were very reasonable.
20 to 25 minute walk into Kotor Old Town...worth a walk in the opposite direction..turn left at the bottom of the steps

Lovely modern rooms with everything you need and a big comfortable bed.
The pool is wonderful with a great view and nice sunbeds with towels.
The bar/restaurant serves breakfast and dinner only, not too much of a problem for us as we just ate breakfast late and skipped lunch but there are no other restaurants close by or even a shop.
Walking to the old town was 20-30 minutes, we just did this in the evenings.
We don't mind walking but the ferry terminal guy told us to walk to the hotel which is way too far with bags in the heat, not the hotels fault but this is just a warning to others - wait for a taxi even in heavy traffic.

Nice apartment, fantastic views and lovely pool
Location. Too far from kotor with a young family.
Staff, lovely owner but staff seriously let the place down. Asked if they could accomodate a smaller portion of pasta for our 8 year old and was aggressively told no she would have to pay €20 for an adult portion. When we challenged he said they have never offered children’s portions and wouldn’t. The owner then came across to try to recover the situation and agreed to but by this point the evening had been ruined despite her best efforts. Stay sit around all day on their mobile phones instead of asking guests if they could offer drinks. Staff let the property down

Upfront I have to say that the best thing about this property is the staff. They are super nice, very receptive to our needs and quickly to solve our problems.
In general, the property is ok.
The room had a beautiful view of Kotor and the bay.
The propertry has a pool but we did not use it because the weather was not suitable for using the pool.
The restaurant is very nice.
The property has seen better days. It is clear that this property was very beautiful once... maybe in the early 2000s... now not so much. You can see this in the little things, for example, the sofa in the living room was broken. There was also a problem with the sewage - a strong pungent odor came up the sewage in the shower. Having some knowleadge on these issues, I know this happens when the sewage system is old and stuff get clogged.
I think that the price is high for the level of maintanance of the property.
