Very friendly funny hostess, excellent breakfast and beautiful location near the lake. Good parking places. Nice tea room with water boiler, tea and snacks to get some rest outside your own sleeping room,

This BnB is a true gem. Lovely family owned traditional BnB. The beds are very comfortable, clean and rooms are tidy. Yes, a little old school. We loved it. Take an early walk to the river behind. It’s spectacular! Gorgeous outdoor garden/lawn area to sit on a lovely day also. Breakfast will set you up for the day, freshly made for you, cooked by the owners. All the fruit and homemade muesli etc is also great.

The staff were excellent and the garden overlooking the lake was a great place to sit and relax. The breakfast choice and menu were very good and the pancakes I had were delicious!

Very nice, friendly hosts, great breakfasts, comfortable beds. Parking good. Suited us for location for visiting the area.
The room and decor was 'tired' and needs refreshing. (e.g. rusty radiator in the bathroom)
WiFi coverage was next to useless in the room, but OK in the lounge.
Shower cubicle was the smallest I've seen and tight to get into and move around in.
