CATHY’S CORNER GUESTHOUSE This lovely guesthouse is in the heart of the residential section of St. Maarten called Oyster Pond. It is one of the best neighborhoods on the island because of the peaceful, serene, and stunning views of the pond and ocean. The neighborhood is unique because of its location on the border between the French and formerly Dutch, now Country St. Maarten, side of the island. Two beaches are within a 5-minute walk from the bungalow. Several restaurants are also within walking distance. Philipsburg, the capital of Country St. Maarten, is only a 10-minute drive. The bungalow is located inside a safe gated community. Street parking is available. Amenities Include: - Wi-Fi Air-conditioning - Queen size bed - Fully stocked bathroom with soap, shampoo, and hair dryer - Small refrigerator, microwave, small burner, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils (Please note this is not a full kitchen and there is no sink or full stove.) - Beach towels - Welcome basket - Owner, who has lived on St. Maarten for over 40 years, is on-site in the main house if you need anything or have any questions
