they locked me outside, but they say they send me check in code regardless if I received it or not.

I was not check in at night and been told there was a check in code send to me. but I didn't received at all. I called and been told the reception has send a code and that's none of their business. I was locked outside at night with super cold and after I called several times. I was been told there is no other way to check me in and I have to find another hotel. and my booking will be refund. but after three days I didn't received the refund and called again, they just change what they have said, and told me they send the check in code no matter I received it or not and can not refund me. that is so terrible attitude and lie to customer. if you have send me the check in code, why not told me where was the code but just asked me go to find another hotel at the first time I called at the check in night? that was a cheap lie. and their hotel is at the middle of nowhere, it is reall hard to find another hotel around. if you don't want put yourself into helplessness situation, don't come to this hotel, strongly not recommended! got be careful!

It was a nice stay

We like that it has a nice view of a lake and the room was spacious.

The bowling wasnt working and the staff didnt speak a lot of english.

Nice and quiet place

Comfy bed, great location, good value for money. Staff is really caring, breakfast is great, 5 mins away from a metro station (by car)

Please add street lamps for easier to find you.

The hotel and service were good. Breakfast- very good. But there no street lights at all,I found this place not immediately in the evening.

Nice and clean room, very nice lady at the reception.

Internet in the room was not working and you could hear every sound from another rooms, guests talking and coming in the night. Not near any transportation if you are planing to move around withouth car.

Very very very nice

Nice bed and breakfast close to the airport! The staff is nice, facility is clean and quiet overall. I'm sure I'll be back here someday!

We've had a couple of stains on the carpet, but no smells, no dirt, nothing else.

Great hotel just outside Prague

Great hotel in the Prague suburb surrounded by wonderful nature. Several beautiful lakes, walking trails in the forest and fields around. The facilities look new and tidy. The breakfast was good, the staff nice.

Comfortable stay in beautiful nature close to airport

comfortable, quiet, beautiful surrounding and very close to the airport. We had an early morning flight and received a breakfast package to go as we couldn’t make it to breakfast.

Very poor

Very unfriendly reception's staff. Room very simple. Hotel far from any type of civilization, only interesting sport facility. Price too high for what they really offer. 1 only option for restaurant NO english menu, NO english spoken waiters, at least food was good.
