Staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a big plus too. The bed was comfortable and had good air con.
The hotel was a little bit further out on the edge of hongdae rather than right in the centre of it. The room was very very small with the bed pressed against walls either side. Was fine for a short stay but felt cramped after day 4. Ideally the TV could have been a smart TV but I enjoyed watching some K dramas I didn't understand when I was recovering from jetlag

The staff are very friendly, more than willing to give recommendations or assist with things. My room was clean, cleaned regularly during my stay, the AC works amazingly well, the bathroom is nice. A perfect central "base camp" for exploring the rest of Hongdae and Seoul. Ideally located, short walk to the Hongik University Station line so the rest of Seoul is a short subway ride away.
Even the laundry room is super easy to use, well explained.
