We loved the warm hospitality, the fantastic Hangout rooftop, and the live music from local musicians. The fast mobile-based service for housekeeping and room orders was impressive, and our 12-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the games room and table tennis.
There wasn't really anything we disliked about our stay. Just remember that Hangout follows its planned music themes, so they don't usually take individual music requests—but we actually liked the fact that they maintain their own musical identity.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, they also have an open mic every Sunday, and I had a great time at the Hangout Bar. It’s definitely worth a visit if you’re coming to Kasauli, the vibe is amazing, and the people are super friendly.

Property was very clean .Room was value for money
They have hangout roof top bar which has excellent vibes .Food was very good and Deseret was cheery on cake .I tried hello to the queen which was sumptuous .I suggest everyone to try that

Cleanliness and quality of amenities.
The outside view couldn't be seen. You should have made the rooms with a balcony and outdoor views.
Food quality was not that good, especially non veg foods.
