Loved the location of this hotel and the backdrop from the pool. Food was delicious both at breakfast and dinner. Staff were super helpful.
We unfortunately didn't get the room we booked, this was given to a large Spanish tour group and instead we were given a massive 6 person room for only two people and child which was dark, damp and with crumbling walls.
Cleaning around the hotel needs improving as the peacocks and pea hens poop everywhere and no one appears to clean up after them. There was also a lot of amenities listed on booking.com missing from the room such as a hairdryer, washing machine (you can wash clothes at an extra cost), for example. In all the view from the pool made this hotel worthwhile, but the rest of the site felt like a building site.

We loved the incredible location right at the foot of the dunes—you can walk out to them in less than half an hour round trip! On our check-in day, the hotel seamlessly organized a fantastic camel ride into the desert for us. The swimming pool is crystal clear and great for relaxing. A huge thank you to Anass and his brother Adnane for their exceptional customer service; they were so welcoming and attentive. The dinners were also great and very tasty!
The breakfast could be a bit better by offering more protein-rich options, such as eggs.

• The pool is breathtaking, a real gem overlooking the desert.
• The food here is really good! I don’t say this lightly but I had the best tagine in Morocco at this hotel. The lemon and onion chicken tagine is unbelievable. Make sure to have it. All freshly made in the kitchen.
• They had some kittens in the lobby, who were so cute.
• Our host Anas was such a nice guy. Super chatty and made sure we had a good stay. He also arranged a cooking class for us, which was a lot of fun.
• The fridge in the room was a nice touch as well.
Not necessarily a bad thing, but it could be worth adding some snacks to the fridge. Just some food guests can buy throughout their stay. As there wasn’t a shop nearby. They did have drinks though.

Lovely place right next to the dunes. What made our stay really special were the nice people and the food (best tagine we had in morocco, by far)
