Beautiful, clean, and comfortable room. The location is perfect. It's near the parking and bus station. You can walk straight to the sea from that location. The place is cozy and silent. The bathroom is well equipped and the parking space is great.

Beautiful accommodation. Room and bathroom so nice and clean. Large parking. Great breakfast! We stayed short, but if in Split again we will return to this place for sure.

The room was clean, comfortable. The staff very kind and helpful! We arrived a little early but we where able to store our luggage to go for a walk and some lunch. They called us when the room was ready. Parking and bus transport is available close to the guest house. Great breakfast.

Lovely place where to stay and to visit around. A beautiful apartment with all your home comforts. It is a self check in and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay for a long weekend and enjoyed full comfort: spacious sitting area, a modern bathroom and a cozy bedroom.

The location was excellent; the guest house is a beautiful the best service EVER. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, some really good restaurants and shops close. Large parking is just around the corner and it is free.

Great value. Appreciated having your own AC in the room, was fantastic after long walks in the hot sun. Location was excellent, really close to the center and a great market nearby to get food. Restaurants around were very good. We especially liked that there was a local supermarket next to it and the bus station was very close. Bed was comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. Beautiful bathroom. Daily house keeping was a plus! Plentiful breakfast! I would recommend this guest house to anyone staying in Split.

this is a three bedroom flat turned to 3 guest rooms- our room had no window and only one trace door

there was no daily cleaning of the room- only removing breakfast dishes, breakfast was not fresh- only aged boiled eggs and a tray of ham and cheese with bread butter and jam

Absolutely everything, really high standard service and amenities. The room was gorgeous. The property was extremely clean and in a good location. The nearest bus station is a minute walk away and there are a few restaurants nearby. The level of service we received is unrivaled and we couldn't recommend this property enough.

The room was amazing! The attention to detail is unbelievable - the bed and linen, luxury hairdryer, outstanding breakfast, and porcelain. Everything is created to make your stay memorable. Location is the best you can imagine - quiet yet close to bus and large parking. Great bathroom and walk in shower is a huge bonus after a long day of sightseeing. You can tell the owner(s) puts a lot of love in this beautiful guest house. The rooms are perfectly kept, very clean and the welcome is warm. If you need parking with your stay, you can park your car in a large parking behind the building. They have maps and recommendations for great places to see and eat (we tried two places to eat and they were right ;)) It is only a 10 minute drive right to the centre of town, so it has a great location. We enjoyed our stay a lot and fully recommend staying here. Thank you for your hospitality!

Large parking nearby. The street in which the guest house is, is pedestrian only, so it was very quiet. Very nice and large room. Excellent value!
