とてもリラックスができて、心も体も癒される施設です
ロケーションも最高で、海が目の前
スタッフはみんな笑顔で迎えてくれて、会ったら挨拶してくれる
トリートメントのスタッフもとても優しく、腕が良く、気持ちの良い施術が受けられます
ドクターや栄養士とのコンサルもあり、自分自身のことが理解できるし、自分の体にとって良い食事について話してくれるので、深い理解ができます
食事も料理が豊富で、美味しいです
ビュッフェ形式なのもよかったです
シャワーのお湯が出にくかったり、突然熱湯や水になる時があります
古い設備だから仕方ないです

Everything. The staff was extremely helpful, the doctors and all the spa team was so lovely and prefossional. Everyone makes you feel at home and taken care of. The facilites are very confortable, simple without gimmicks. The food was delicious.

初めてアーユルヴェーダを受けようとこちらに5日間滞在しました。とにかくスタッフの親切な接客と日本語を話せるスタッフがいるという安心感。そして、アーユルヴェーダがメインの宿泊ですが食事と朝夕であるヨガのイベントのおかげで楽しみとリフレッシュのバランスも取れ大満足でした。宿泊客同士も笑顔で挨拶を交わして、より充実した期間になりました。ありがとうございました！
