Good price & great location. Great value for money! The property is beautiful and very quiet. The positive reply to our early check in request was much appreciated. The staff (mbak Tini) was helpful, always smiling and greeting us.

The most interesting point about this accommodation was its strategic location; very close to Gedung Sate and factory outlet area in Dago. Good cafes are everywhere around the neighborhood. Interaction and communication with the owner prior to arrival were very good and smooth. The house itself was beautiful in terms of its exterior design. The rooms were clean and in good shape. The basic facilities; bath rooms, toilets, wifi, etc; were good. Simple kitchen was provided for the guests, which was good. Those made the rate/price for this accommodation was really value for money. Highly recommended for those who are having vacation in big group.
For me personally, there is nothing to complain. I was just surprised a bit realizing that this guesthouse was the wing side of the main house which was resided and lived by the owner. I don't mind with this. But, this situation may not be suitable for those who want the whole house/building for privacy reason.
