Elhelyezkedés, a tulajdonos gyors reagálása, tágas, világos apartman, tisztaság, jól felszerelt konyha.
Egy apróság: kényelmesebb lenne egy kanapé a két fotel helyett (4 fővel voltunk).

Ausblick und Lage
Das Appartement befindet sich im 2. Stock. Leider ist der Stiegenaufgang zwischen dem 1. und 2. Stock in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand. Offenbar gab es hier einen Wasserschaden, wodurch insbesondere der hölzerne Boden bzw. die Holzkonstruktion stark beschädigt und teilweise völlig aufgeweicht und marode ist. Der Zustand war so schlecht, dass wir jedes Mal ein ungutes Gefühl hatten und Angst hatten, ob der Boden beim Hinaufgehen überhaupt sicher ist. Zusätzlich befand sich Taubenkot im Stiegenhaus, was den ohnehin sehr ungepflegten und problematischen Gesamteindruck noch verstärkt hat. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht den beigefügten Bildern. Gerade der Zugang zu einem Appartement sollte aus unserer Sicht zumindest sicher und gefahrlos möglich sein – das war hier leider nicht gegeben.
