Гледката от терасата

Собствениците направиха всичко възможно да ни развалят почивката: още на следващия ден след като се върнахме от плажа, на терасата имаше майстори, които работиха по слънчевите колектори. Нямаше топла вода, трябваше да изчакаме дълго време, цялата тераса беше със стиропор, който и така не се изчисти до края на почивката ни. На другия ден, след завръщането ни от плаж, заварихме вратата, която свързва коридора на апартамента с терасата отворена. Опитахме се да я затворим, но се оказа, че има залепен дунапрен върху магнита на вратата и не може да прилепне. Извикахме собствениците, за да обяснят защо вратата не може да се затвори, като бяхме и с дете на 8 години, което има алергия от насекоми и при условие, че не сме си в България си е голям проблем. Хазяите от своя страна започнаха да ни обвиняват, че дунапрена е сложен поради това, че се чувало тракане при прилепване на вратата към магнита и ни заплашиха, че ще извикат полиция, тъй като се вдигало шум и не можели да спят. Другото което не ни хареса са стръмните и високи стълби да третия етаж. Няма място за паркиране, независимо, че хазяйката каза, че можем да паркираме на улицата, където намерим място, се оказа, че това не е вярно, тъй като всички собственици, в това число и хазяите слагаха столове пред домовете си за да не се паркира пред тях. Резервацията ни беше за 3 нощувки и през всичките тези 4 дни един път не се почисти, един път не се изхвърлиха кошчетата за боклук при условие, че този в тоалетната беше прекалено малък и преливаше от хартия. Коша на терасата беше препълнен и заобиколен с празни бутилки от минерална вода, но нямаше къде да ги изхвърлим, тъй като не знаехме къде са контейнерите им.

The hotel is very near to the beach, but still is at a quiet street. Exactly what I expected, with very kind hosts. The room was at the second floor with a view to the garden. It was very useful that there are roller blinds on the windows, so we can wake up later.

Perfect location, near to the beach and city center. Clean room, spacious terrace with furniture, fridge and stove. A lot of restaurants and bakery nearby.

There is no space in the room. The kitchen is in the tiny corridor. The bathroom is small, the shower cabin is so small - there is no space to turn around, the shower is in your back... There is a boiler, but it does not work, the hot water comes from the solar collector system, therefore there there was no hot water in the morning... For that price i was expecting more...

brilliant excellence

this flats is close to sea side. easy to travel to nearest beaches very clean. Got everything you need to relax make a coffee or even cook if that’s what you wanna do. the owner absolutely amazing. very helpful and extremely friendly. Tasos I would like to thank him for his recommendation and making my stay as pleasant as I never imagine

Superb

Nice location, quiet place, even though it is on second line, centrally, next to the beach. Nice terrace, nice view from the terrace. Super clean, kitchen supplies were super clean. Great deal of money for what you get! I recommend and will visit again. Wi-Fi was also nice bandwidth speed, which is not something you get for granted usually, but here was good!

Bed mattress was quite hard, but overall did not spoil our visit

very quite and relaxing stay, even with small kids it is possible

nice apartment, not big but enough if you plan to stay a whole day at the beach. Terrace is huge with stunning view, i can live simply there all the time. Beach, shops, restaurants, nice bakery-all these are few minutes away

if you plan to stay with a baby , keep in mind there are stairs which should be passed at least several times per day

Nikos rooms situated in the heart of everything. Less than 1 minute to beach. Restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery everything is very close. Host are lovely ! They give us good recommendation about everything we need. Property is super clean with big balcony with sea view. Strongly recommend!!!! We will come again 🤍

Superb

Excellent location, right next to the beach, staff is nice and helpful. Place is small but it is okay for two people. Balcony was nice!

Great location, clean room with everything you'll need

Friendly owners, very clean room with everything we needed. The balcony has a nice view. The location was easy to find.

The refrigerator was a little too noisy and we didn't use it anyway so we switched it off.
