Central location within the center of Zadar
You could not sleep without turning on the air conditioning (level where bed is was extremely hot in the summer days)… the building was quite ugly in the outside and the staircase, did not give a clean good impression. Although most of the equipment seemed to be new, some things were already kind of broken. The lighting and color combination was not of my taste, seemed quite “led”/cold . Parking was very problematic on the public areas.

I loved that the apartment is placed in a good area, also that you have everything you need in case you want to cook a simple dish.
It was very clean, looked exactly like in the photos.
Besides, Andrej was kind enough to help us with tips about our stay there.
I recommend the "Crazy pizza" place, the best pizza we ever had. This is located near Svabos
It can get pretty hot upstairs, but you can put the air fan on the stairs directed to the upstairs floor and the problem is solved, it will take the air from the AC upstairs.
Also, the TV only had 2-3 channels, all in Croatian
However, this is not a big deal, as we didn't come here to watch TV.

Locatia buna, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie, curat si cu toate utilitatile.
Nu poti dormi deloc comod, canapeaua de jos este foarte incomoda, iar sus este o caldura de nedescris, este mansarda care se incinge toata ziua de la soare, iar seara ard peretii si tavanul care pe jumatate este aproape de pat( fiind acoperisul blocului pe oblic), clar nu pot dormi 2 persoase acolo, am incercat o noapte cu AC pornit, dar am racit.... Deci pentru ce ofera este prea scump, desi am avut mai multe optiuni am ales cel mai prost apartament. Parerea mea la ce pret are, sa va orientati spre altceva mai bun, sa mergi in vacanta si sa nu dormi 4 nopti este rau. Foarte dezamagita ....
