Es war zunächst spannend, wie mein Ankunft abläuft. Und dann kamen zwei charmante Personen. Sie führten mich zum Zimmer weit oben im Haus. Beim Eintreten war ich positiv überrascht. Ein netter, frisch anmutendes, helles Zimmer mit allem, was man für ein paar Tage brauchen kann. Und die Lage in alten Zentrum von Nizza war genau das, was ich suchte.
Ein Problem war das nicht Funtionieren des Wassers im WC. Da war Selbsthilfe gefordert. Das war dann aber kein grösseres Problem. Sonst war alles bestens.

Claude e Sandrine são atenciosos . A localização é ótima,certíssimo da praia e restaurantes.
Não há elevador e para chegar no studio são mais de 100 escadas! O studio não tem pia e o vaso e banho são separados.

Location was great and it wasn’t noisy and I could open the windows fully not like in a mud Hotel so lots of fresh air

Location: 3 minutes walk to the beach, SPAR is just down, tram stop is nearby.
No air conditioner, the temperature was 35 degrees and it was on the 4th floor, it felt like we were staying in a Sauna Room.
Only one sink, you needed to have your hand washing, teeth brushing and fruit/food/pan washing in that sink…
