The staff was very helpful and considerate.

Bed is very comfortable and hard.
Room spacious.
Place is spotless.
Staff very pleasant.
The room deodoriser is very pungent.
The towels need to be real cotton, not polyester/microfibre; they do not dry you properly.
Breakfast isn't really "breakfast" - it's a bowl of Thai rice soup, powered coffee, creamer, and biscuits.
