Villa has a great big pool, breakfast was very nice, on site restaurant does not have a huge menu, but what they have is really good and tasty, great value too
The room had a bit of a old furniture smell when we arrived. It was nicely decorated with many antique furniture so the faint smell kind of comes with that.

Everything. Great hostesses, staff. Spotlessly clean, amazing garden and beautiful pool. Rich breakfast, good restaurant on site for dinner. I wish to come back next year.
Thank you Federica and rest of the staff for making our stay comfortable.
Nothing.

Beautiful building and nice breakfast.
There were too many maintenance issues. The staff was not quick, resourceful or service oriented enough to solve them without compromising our stay. Out of a 2 night's stay we spent several hours going back and forth, moving between rooms, waiting for someone and trying to make sure the problems are resolved. This was a bummer, especially given the fact that this is a 4 star hotel and not a very cheap one as well.
