Food was excellent, there is ice cream available, direct access to the beach, good location close to souvenir shops and supermarket.
Very clean and renovated
They charge extra money for sun beds on the beach at least it was just 6€ per room/day.
Drinks are disgusting, I was drinking only sparkling water and forget about a good coffee.
Even if on the first day we arrived 2 am and the check in was 3 pm and I never went to have breakfast or we went on day trips as well, on the last day they cut our bracelets 11 am at check out (it is the first time when it happened to us at all inclusive hotels and we’ve been to over 40 destinations). If you still wanted to benefit of the all inclusive option they had an additional charge of 15€ per person. That left us speechless taking into consideration that for sure people don’t go every day to take advantage of all 3 meals.

Piękny widok i lokalizacja, dobry apartament z widokiem na morze i basen ;) wyżywienie ok, plaża piaszczysta i przyjemna, dość długo płytka woda, tuż obok Red Havana Premium i cabana mare dla nas na plus, przystanek w pobliżu do chania, niedaleko w porządku wypożyczalnia aut antilla skąd podjechaliśmy do kissamos i promem na Balos.

Nærheten til stranden var utmerket. Gode senger og veldig bra renhold.
Likte virkelig ikke altanen. Supert med et dusjrom som kunne brukes utsjekk dagen men negativt at det ikke var mulig å låse døren.

The location was great, clean room and comfy bed.
Food was very repetitive at breakfast and lunch, all very bland, drinks were awful, we were all-inclusive and ate out every night after the first night. Staff were not very pleasant or helpful with the exception of 1 or 2. The location of this hotel is perfect and the pool area is lovely however note that beds likely to be reserved with towels by 8.30/9am, beach a few steps down and sea is lovely and warm (July 2026) there is a beach club next door Red Havana (kids allowed) and beds are €5 each and €20 min spend per person, we did this when we couldn't get a bed at the hotel and it was great as they offer lovely food and drinks great value!! Bus stop just a couple of minute walk from hotel it takes you to Chania in approx 25 mins and costs €2.40 they run until late.
