Loved it. I'm a repeater and I'll book again.

Location is perfect, staff is helpful and friendly and the room had a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe and even a desk and chair!

Some rather noisy construction works outside are sometimes carried out during late evening hours, but it looks like they are nearly about to finish.

Very welcoming staff, good location

No breakfast at the hotel, so when advertised as paying for a continental breakfast that is not correct, you get vouchers for a fast food restaurant instead, which is not what I wanted and I didn't use the vouchers as I ended up going to another hotel for breakfast. The room was spacious but needed modernising as it had flaking paint, tired decor and felt like it had not been touched for a while, needs more modern lighting and repainting

the man at the desk was gracious even though he could tell I was disappointed

The hotel did not adequately represent the level of quality or the fact that it is significantly marketed as a gay hotel. Due to the fact that I am not a part of this lifestyle the aggressive promotion of this atmosphere left me feeling both uncomfortable and a bit unsafe as a straight man traveling alone on business.

Nice hotel. Very convenient and close to all the Tel Aviv hot spots

Location. Staff was helpful and nice. Close to the beach. The arrangement they have for breakfast at the local coffee shop The building is a very nice old style Israeli apartment house converted to a nice Boutique Hotel

The staff wouldn't call a taxi for me, they said I had to go on the street with my luggage (a large suitcase and a holdall) and flag one down. Dreadful. Especially for a woman travelling alone.

Excellent Stay

Front desk Dekel and Samer were amazing, highly profession and easy to talk to and will assist you with whatever questions you have to navigate the city. Dekel is helpful, friendly and lovely. She helped me with my check in and assisted with my luggage and assisted with information in the city. My room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff efficient and I had fresh towels provided daily. Samer is lovely as well assisted with any information I needed and also helped with my taxi going back to the airport. The staff is very accommodating. The location is excellent right across the road is the beach, restaurants, shops and the famous Camel Market is a walking distance.

Cats on the roof (near my window) literally having a cat-fight almost every night.

What's with this hotel being one of your best recommendations on booking.com? Today after a rainy night my room was under water. I noticed after I was brutally woken up by construction in the rooms next to me at 8:30. Since three days there are workers in the building using heavy machinery. Shower is not working fine, the announced Spa part is not open and the room was only cleaned twice in 6 nights - all the other times only the towels got replaces. I'm ashamed I got fooled by you for this being a nice place however expensive. On my first day my reservation got mixed up but there was no other guests with my name and the staff checked my ID twice. Not booking anything for sure on booking.com anymore in the near future

Good hotel close to the beach

Close to the beach, close to carmel market, close to shopping and restaurants. Having a balcony was also nice. Nice terrace at the roof top. Nice and helpful personnel (at least some of them).

Except from changing the towels and emptying trash, the room was not cleaned. Cleaning the floor from time to time would be nice. The room was small, without any table nor chairs.

Great location, everything else is barely ok

The location is great, just across the street from the beach and sea promenade

Apart from the location everything else is barely acceptable: bath tub was dirty, breakfast overpriced, wifi constantly disconnects etc. I guess everything in Tel Aviv is expensive, but we still expected more for the money. No problem with price if the amenities were better

All the receptionists are so helpful. Attended all my needs and have a very good knowledge around the area. They are all very friendly and accommodating.

I left for different hotel

Was supposed to stay at the “deluxe” room but left. the room was rusty in many places, bubble bath was rusty and had no warm water. Toilet was a box of sardines. No windows. SPA wasn’t available although it is stated in the name. No lift.

Great location in Tel-Aviv. Very small rooms with no view - except towards the wall of the next building. Works on street make it more difficult.

Wi-Fi Internet was inoperable on our levels 1&2, the Wi-Fi was only usable at reception/ lobby level. when we inquired about this and asked for resolution, reception replied we are aware of the situation however nothing can be done for your stay. It would have been useful information that the hotel is multi-level with no lift
