We stayed here for three times now because we love all of the good service mind from the staffs. But this time we felt disappointed a little bit, Staff that the power went out around 11am-2pm but I have no idea with my room that the power ran out until 5 PM ... and we didn't say anything. And when we got to the room, we opened the water tap, and all of the BLACK stuff came out with the dirt. Then we told the staff and they came to fix it and we got over it ..... And the next day we wanted to stay in the same room because of our booking was over but to stop talking really bad to us... that's why this time might be the last time for us to stay here. Because it hurt our feeling a lot that we wanted to stay in the same room, but she said I had to pay more money after I booked it by Booking.com already and I got upgraded by the website.
Very unfriendly and mean lady Staff. She seemed a little bit ages.

Are you still in see that this hotel was super close to me because we used to stay for three times but this time we felt disappointed about the old lady Staff that worked in the morning on 29th of August so much. She was so mean and treated us like we were lying that our room had the power ran out from 11 am until 5 PM. It was truth they can check the CCTV that we came down to ask when the power gonna come back around 5 PM in the afternoon on the date 24th August. She was super mean to me and say she was in the situation on that day and the power went out until just only 2-3 pm.... that was very bad experience and we will never go back to this hotel again
Very unfairly Staff especially the lady who work at the reception on the day 29th August around 7 am

Overpriced but still convenient accommodation and location. Thankfully the housekeeping team quickly addressed our complaint. Front desk staff are also helpful.
The hotel is overpriced and needs drastic renovations. I get that the theme is blue as per the name but throughout the passage way and inside the room, the dark/royal blue paint is the epitome of depressing eye sore especially at night. While room is spacious, it is dated, AC vents were dirty, mirrors scratched, toilet and bidet stained with limescale.
The bathroom needs desperate work and it is simple things like installing new toilet roll holders, new bins, using stain and limescale removers, grout cleaners and deep cleaning would give it a bit more of a comfortable feel. The bathroom had long hairs all over it.
The laminate/flooring in the elevator was lifting right at the door which is clearly a trip hazard.
We needed an iron and the front desk said the hotel do not have an iron. I had to recheck the booking and realised that ironing comes at additional costs but even then the staff didn't even bother to recommend this and just left it at, the hotel doesn't have an iron.
The pool was fairly clean, the cushions on the pool beds were so used and stained, life support cannot help them.
