The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are lovely and spacious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They deliver your food with a boat which was really cute.
Housekeeping was a real letdown. Three times we came back after asking for the room to be made up and found ants all over the tables. The worst was our last night. We'd asked for glasses for some juices we bought from outside, poured out the remaining juice in the sink before sleeping and left them on the coffee tray with our spoons, and housekeeping cleaned the room but left those dirty cups and spoons as they were, so ants were swarming them. We called and calmly raised it. Staff took photos, collected the tray, and told us to speak to reception, and reception then called to offer to spray pesticide in the room at around 10 pm WHILE we were in it, the night before an early flight. At check-out, nobody mentioned it, apologized or offered anything, even as we paid for every extra from the room. Breakfast was also quite mediocre.

Access to the pool from the room, the swim up bar, and the restaurant was good quality. Service was great.
The cheaper rooms were
Slightly dated.

Beautiful resort, friendly staff
Rooms are dated and in need of some tlc. Bathroom is old and shower didn’t drain properly due to uneven surface. Room needs to have plug points for charging by the bedside pedestals. Couldn’t leave door open leading to patios due to insects, and unable to access pool from patio very dangerous to jump in as no steps. If I had known this would not have booked. Breakfast limited
