The room is clean, comfortable and the location is nice and near to the beach and downtown, the hill is a little bit high but it is not that much trouble

Beautiful hotel, ideal location. Exceptionally clean, large spacious room. Loved our stay, the only downside was building works carried out 7 days a week, the roof top bar was closed, which was the reason we book this hotel, over others in the resort. We were not notified of this before our stay, if we were we would have changed hotels.
The staff were all so helpful, kind and friendly, especially Ron, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He is a true gem to Sugar Palm.
Building works 7 days a week. Roof top bar was a building site, which was a massive loss to our stay.
