View, food was delicious and varied, all stuff are helpfull and cheerful , especially Abdelrahman Elamgad for room services and Ahmed Salah at the reception and especial thanks for Mr. Islam and the pitzza chief on the beach

Ivy Cyrene Island Hotel was perfect in every way. The facilities are excellent and all the staff are very respectful.
Special thanks to Ahmed ismail *Mohamed Nabil at reception* for his pleasant reception and excellent customer service. He made our check-in so smooth and welcoming.

I liked my stay in the hotel it was very lovely and my kids were very happy . The staff were very helpful and supportive especially mr Mohamed nabil from reception was very friendly and nice to us and keen to make us happy . Mr Amir from housekeeping team was great and very helpful . I really enjoyed it

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, the pool was nice with big green spaces.
We arrived at 1am and didn’t get into our room until almost 2am. There was no help finding our room, which was a long walk from the reception and not well signposted. When we arrived the bedsheet was stained. Breakfast wasn’t the best and certain items (eggs, pancakes) were served in a different place far from the rest of the buffet. The gym did not have A/C and the equipment was really old and difficult to use.
