Romantikus szállás

A szálloda a belvárosban van és van saját parkolója, 2 perc séta a főutca. Van saját étterme és bárja, így ha az ember elfárad nap végére, még a sarokig sem kell sétálni egy italérr vagy vacsorázni. A szálloda belseje, classic angol szálloda, kis lépcsők, kis folyosók esküszöm, hogy romantikus, ahogy a szoba és a reggeliző rész is az. A szoba tágas, kényelmes, óriási ágy, frissen vetett ággyal. A szoba jól felszerelt, minden van benne, aminek lennie kell. A fürdő szintes kényelmes és patika tiszta volt. A reggelinél nem éreztem, hogy a szakács megszeretné váltani a világot, de rossz nem volt.

Very good

Staff were polite and welcoming. Our room wasn't ready by the time we arrived, which was after the time we'd been told in the booking email. After an hour, we were given an upgrade to another room. Food in the bar was good, although my order came out wrong, I got pork instead of gammon. Beer was reasonably priced in the bar. The bed was comfy and clean.

The bath in the room was stained, and taps were corroded, the wall paper was coming away in places and some of the furniture was a bit dusty, there was a big cobweb hanging down off the ceiling.The windows weren't soundproofed, and the road outside was very noisy until late. The room name on the door had a letter missing, which made it look a bit uncared for.

Our Stay

Everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The car park has allowed us to keep the car there for our trip on the Jacobite train.

Taking suitcases up stairs and the shower was not easy to operate, please give instructions.

I liked the fact that the hotel is always clean

The staff are always at hand to help at any time night or and the breakfast and dinners ar brilliant will definitely be back again always stay here when we come

Great for an unplanned last minute accommodation. Pizza was excellent.

no lift to manage the stairs with heavy suitcases. help was available at check in but not check out

Great location. Good sized room and bathroom. Lots of people complaining about temperature of the rooms but wasn't an issue for us.

Shower was freezing cold. Had to turn on the cold water from the bath just to get the shower a little warm. Pillows weren't great.

Our room was so cold when we arrived that it was impossible to stay there. They refused a refund. However after a while they gave us another room which was lovely and warm.. the staff even brought extra heaters just in case.bed very comfortable.

Comfortable, quiet room and staff welcoming and helpful. In-house restaurant with priority for guests was welcome on a busy Friday night in town

A good, central hotel to stay at.

Comfortable single room with everything I needed for a one nights stay. It was clean with a good sized shower room. The staff were welcoming and helpful when I needed help.

- no escalator, heavy luggage had to be dragged up many stairs - electric drying tubes in the bathroom were always on and could not switched be off => unecessary high energy consumption

Good place next to the high street

The hotel is right next to the high street, with shops and pubs and cafes, and also a short walk from the train/bus station. The cooked breakfast was very nice, and the room was spacious.

There's no elevator. And although the surfaces in the room were clean, and the bedding was fresh, the bathroom needs a goos scrub in the corners and a descale...

Basic accommodation, friendly staff, good cooked meals in bar.

Location great for train station and a walk into town centre. Staff were friendly and the meals were great.

Room was more tired looking than me after 5 days walking the west highland way. Cooked breakfast not available until 0730 First train out of Fort William to Glasgow is 0744 which is a shame as I had paid for a breakfast, perhaps some concession could be made for early starters. Noisy punters blaring music out their cars collecting from the PIZZA place joined to the hotel.

I was on a cycling trip and stayed for one night only. I would stay overnight again.

I had to catch a ferry at 8am and had no time for breakfast but the staff provided a breakfast takeaway for me.

Average Stay

The location was fantastic. Central to the Main Street.

It was over-priced for what it was. There was hair and mould in the grout in the shower, and the temperature of the water was hot and cold. I expected more for the price.

Nice big room, nice and clean. View over sea-loch Tea/Coffee and Biscuits in room. Good Bathroom with nice toiletries Location Car-parking Good Breakfast

No lifts, had to carry suitcases up three floors. Rubbish WI-Fi A little run down
