Excellent customer service from the receptionists. I received a free room upgrade for my stay. A special shoutout to Sophia who searched everywhere and found for a spare phone charger for me! Will definitely stay again.

Was a lovely place to stay, the staff were friendly and really helpful. My children enjoyed the pool while I made the most of the sauna and jacuzzi.

The bedroom was really comfortable and modern, the swimming pool and spa area.

The windows needed to be cleaned and the revolving door at the entrance was broken . I didn’t realise that you had to pay a small fee for the swimming pool/spa area

Nice big hotel in a nice location. Reception employee in the mornings was a good at his job rectifying the mistakes of others.

Had originally booked for one night but then booked a second night. Explained this during check in and was told the two booking were now combined, then my key card stopped working the second day (long long walk from reception to my room). Ordered a taxi from reception to take us to a nearby wedding. The taxi never showed up. When we went to reception to complain, we were told the company they use had cancelled the trip because the journey distance was not far enough. No one bothered to tell us. Had a text confirmation for the booking but never received a cancellation. Hotel clearly needs to partner with a better firm. Our bathroom was dirty. Stains all over the door which could be wiped with a piece of tissue so clearly the cleaner hadn’t even attempted to clean it. Shower was the worst I’ve ever experienced. When you turn it to the shower it’s still half coming out the tap so pitiful pressure on the shower.
