Great Location, beautiful large pool,
Wines were warm, coffee should have been available in the dining room in both lunch and dinner, drinking water was always warm and ice was not always available

Friendly staff, good selection of menu items, clean, fun activities in the bar, convenient shuttle to Old Town.
I didn’t like my room location at first, Maria( manager) was helpful and got us moved to a better room and location.

There was no water in the room one afternoon. There was a leak under the sink/near
I couldn’t turn off the bedside lamp on the side of the bed I slept on.
Balcony door was very difficult to lock.
Activities advertised didn’t always happen, waited 45mins for a yoga activity to start and they just never turned up.
