AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This place was terrible. The room was extremely old, nothing like the photos on the website. I complained to the reception and they answered that "the photos are merely illustrative". AC was broken, toilet seat was broken, furniture and room reeked. Bed was uncomfortable... A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The location was really good - very close to the old town and the new town The facilities were also were well equipped with there being so many activities to do

Maybe a tad bit pricey but I would say all in all it’s still worth it

Very good

The complex was very nice ideal for family's but had hills so not great for people who struggle walking

It was a 25 minute walk to the old town with nothing in between. It was a lovely walk and taxis were very cheap ( 5-10 euro) dependant on day or night but very baron so take a bottle of water

Good cost x benefits but they definitely have to provide decent internet on all rooms

The pools are very good. Also the several restaurant options. We enjoyed pizzas at Casa Azul. We also liked the minimarket, the volleyball and basket courts.

Very poor internet connection. It was impossible to connect the TV to the Wi-Fi. On the cell phones, the connection dropped every time.

Nice stay for 1 week with family

We felt safe and welcomed. They are very friendly and the outdoor facilities are well maintained. The swimming pools are good and location is perfect. The food in the restaurant is very good!!

We had a bad experience of another car speeding on the parking areas. It is needed some speed bumps. The beds were not confortables but all the rest was good.

Beautiful Resort

I had a beautiful stay with my family. The apartments are nice and clean, and there is plenty of food to pick from restaurants to snack bars. We felt very good and relaxed it's a very big resort with beautiful swimming pools, palm trees, fountains, and much more. I will definitely be back again.

There is no option for all-inclusive! Food, drinks, or alcohol is not cheap at this resort.

fabulous accommodation and superb value for money, would definitely recommend.

the rooms were modern, clean and spacious. the complex was beautiful and the staff were really friendly. we only stayed for 1 night but wish it had been longer!

Nice quite location, daily cleaning. good location if you don’t want to be in the town and to access other areas by car.

Nothing much, toilet seat broke and one of the cleaners was less thorough.

Exceptional accommodation

The apartment was, without any doubt, the cleanest and best equipped of all the apartments we have stayed in 14 years of visiting Portugal. Staff were really efficient and very friendly. The facilities in the apartment really were outstanding and I hope that we have a chance to have a longer stay sometime in the future.

There was nothing to dislike.

One of the best places to stay in Albufeira.

Set in beautiful gardens, well kept and clean. Lovely choice of pools and beautiful scenery. Apartments are clean and high standard. Small market on the side and bigger across the street. Lovely restaurant. Very professional and friendly staff. Close to Albufeira town centre and the sea. One of the best places to stay in Albufeira.

None of the pools are heated which would be lovely out of season.

Very big rooms, two balconies, a very quiet and peaceful area. Friendly staff, 200 TV channels, good heater/air conditioning.

Everyhing was perfect. Will be back in summer definitely. Spacious apartment style hotel with bedroom, living room and kitchen. Even 7 people can book this apartment.

Location was not central but it was not problem for us. We rented a car and it was 3km from hotel to the city center.

Friendly staffs

Friendly reception during the stay. Had a friendly check in on the arrival at the reception in the late evening. Good shower pressure and shower gel provided. Free WiFi provided in the room. Access to the gym. Friendly house keepers locked the door the next morning to see if we needed anything or refreshed the room. Check out is good. Just waiting an extra 10 mins to let the housekeeper check the room, then got back £100 cash deposits.

Bigger TV may be a great idea as it is too far away from the sofa. No lighting in the gym room so toilets are all dark 😅 gym facilities and tools are old, should be upgraded with some new tool like kettle bell, yoga mattress etc. Just bear in mind, £100 deposits would be paid in cash. Not sure if the deposit can be made in another way.

Great staff, poor accommodation

Staff were very friendly and they checked us in early for free.

The rooms electrics didn't work and we needed to call out maintenance. This led to their being no hot water for a while and we could bath our child. There was also no controls for the aircon in the room. We asked for it but they never came. Beds in the second room were particularly uncomfortable and it wasn't especially clean.
