Todos los servicios ofertados, las piscinas, el parking o el desayuno. así como la amabilidad de todo el personal.

Nada en particular. Lo único la necesidad de vehículo para moverse, que en nuestro caso no supuso problema.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já nos hospedamos.

O hotel é maravilhoso. Podem reservar sem a menor sombra de dúvidas. Voltarei a me hospedar lá toda vez que vier em Lisboa. Pena que não tem disponibilidade para retornar ainda nesta viagem.

Tudo favorável, não há nada a reclamar deste hotel de verdade.

La propreté, l'accueil du personnel, les chambres très belles, la literie très confortable, la vue sur l'océan et le golf. Le buffet du petit déjeuner au top. L'accueil de mes 2 petits yorkshire avec paniers, gamelles, jouets et croquettes. Je recommande à 100%

o pequeno-almoço era otimo, muito boa qualidade e oferta. Todo o STAFF muito simpático e prestavel

O restaurante em termos de qualidade/preço do jantar não achamos a comida de picar muito agradavel, mas a sopa era ótima. A comida do jantar poderia ser melhor, o pica pau sabia muito a vinho tinto e o choco pouco crocante

Condições, limpeza e simpatia dos funcionários. Por gentileza, alteraram a nossa reserva para um ap com vista mar, estava tudo incrível.

Entspricht meiner Ansicht nach nicht dem "Premium" Level

- Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal - Genug Parkplätze - Ruhige Lage - Allgemeine Ausstattung - Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett - Bequemes Bett

Zimmer: - Handtücher täglich gewechselt, obschon wir sie (wie vom Hotel gewünscht) dem Umweltschutz zuliebe aufgehängt hatten - TV: Kein einziges deutschsprachiges TV Programm (dafür zig Musikkanäle, China, Russland, etc.) - WC: Eine kreisrunde Mini-WC Schüssel, passend für Zwerge... - Keine Minibar (nur leerer Kühlschrank) Frühstück: - Das Frühstücksbuffet mit Ameisen teilen zu müssen (die ganze Woche Ameisen überall) - Das Rührei wird offenbar vorgefertigt und im Kühlschrank gelagert (wurde einmal kühlschrank-kalt serviert!) - Der Rauchlachs auf der Karte wurde nie aufgetischt, Käse- und Wurstwaren sehr dürftige und minderwertige Auswahl

Pequeno almoço muito bom com muita variedade. Quarto muito confortável com vista para o mar e para a piscina do hotel. Funcionários muito prestáveis e simpáticos, sempre prontos a ajudar.

Wi-Fi muito fraco, sem sinal no quarto (mas segundo a recepção teve a ver com uma avaria técnica).

Best hotel in caparica

The staff is great, rooms are big and clean. The whole hotel looks very organized, modern and clean. Hotel porter was very accommodating and friendly. All facilities were open and staffed. Breakfast was very good. Everything you could wish for.

Only thing I didn't like were the high bar prices. €5,50 for a normal beer and €16 for a salad. I payed €4 for a cappuccino and €12 for a cocktail. That's quite high for portuguese prices. Also what bothered me was other guests putting towels on pool chairs in the morning and coming back many hours later, hogging the pool chairs. I saw staff remove towels once or twice, but there should be a rule or something in my opinion. Most times I've sat at the pool, almost all pool chairs were "taken" but there would only be like 4 of 5 people in the pool. I don't know if the hotel can do anything about that, but it was annoying.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities. Awesome pools, great gym and lovely sauna. Other than than the slowness and lack of friendliness of the staff, it was a great experience!

The staff was slow, unhelpful at times, and unfriendly - especially when we just landed from a red eye and were inquiring about an early check-in. Other cons were terrible coffee and a lack of drinking water.
