Nous avons dû payer une autre réservation en direct bien plus chère.
Pas d'eau chaude dans les chambres.

Le seul point positif est l'accueil du gérant
Chambres trop petites et une seule chaise pour 2 . L'état des chambres au rez de chaussée est limite et auraient bien besoin d'être refaites. La chambre 6 qu'occupait ma mère était très bruyante ( située près de la laverie avec les arrivées incessantes des chariots de linge sale !! Avec la pandémie le petit déjeuner devait être pris en chambre mais l'espace est tellement restreint qu'il est compliqué de prendre le petit déjeuner à 2 sur une petite tablette avec une unique chaise !!!

My reservation was not taken in considerantion, so when arriving on hotel was given a room that was occupied. After change of room there was no wifi neither climatisation as announced. The car park gate closes at night and you do not get instructions to enter.

as stated from two weeks previous. no air conditioning in any of the rooms i think due to cost but they said again after two weeks it was still broken. would never stay here again. no wifi. very poor attitude from manager.

Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water.
Premier Classe are updating their budget hotels, this is one of the older design and a bit worn. My previous night was in one of the new ones, so this was poor by comparison. Very hard to shut the room door from inside and as a ground floor room with a jammed shutter, privacy needed the curtain closed in daylight. Was noisy between rooms but quietened down overnight. The local area is suffering, nearby restaurants were closed, but a drive into the attractive old city to wander and eat was worthwhile. WiFi was slow and kept cutting out.

Unfortunately, the bed/mattress in my room was full of mites and I wasn't able to sleep. At the end, I slept on the floor!!!
Although I have stayed many times in various Premiere, I was very surprised and disappointed.

Perfect location for a quick stop over. Good value for money but it is a budget hotel so don't expect bells and whistles. Breakfast was croissants and breads and jams. Good value again.
Bathroom was very small and plastic more like a cubicle. Although shower worked surprisingly fine! Bunk bed fine for small kids but unshared with a teen and he kept bashing his head. Overall for what we paid for two rooms (we couldn't get one room for a family of four when we booked) it was adequate. However on our way home for an extra 35 pounds we booked a Novatel and difference was worth the extra!

A good basic hotel, very close to the Autoroute, affordable rates and a good place to stop heading North or South. Room very clean, perfect for one nights stop. We have stopped at this hotel several times.

The rooms were dirty , we were both biten in the night and the staff at breakfast didn't wash his hands before messing with the food
