Location - close to the main train station in Troisdorf. Tasty breakfast for 9,50 euro (it's a pity that it's not included in the room fee). Tea&coffee available in the room.
Uncomfortable pillows. For light sleepers might be a bit noisy.

Fantastic breakfast buffet for a very fair price, great location right at the train station and only a few mins walking to the city center, very nice staff, super clean room, comfortable bed, spacious & modern bathroom.
The smell in the bathroom (from the pipes) was very unpleasant, room was a bit dated, no elevator access to the upper floors (not a problem for us, but important to know!), a bit noisy but not avoidable given the central location.

Very convenient for getting a train or a bus to köln or Bonn
The room was in a different building that the main entrance, so we had to switch to a different staircase on the 3 floor, which was at first a bit confusing.
The floor was also vibrating to trains (or trucks?) Passed nearby

It has bright and spacious rooms, which is important to me
I recently stayed at this hotel. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several issues that affected my overall experience.
On the positive side, the staff were polite and tried to assist where possible. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay.
However, I faced a few challenges. The elevator only operates up to the second floor, and it does not reach the third, fourth, or fifth floors. Since my room was on the fifth floor, carrying my suitcases upstairs was very difficult.
In the evening hours, the reception was not available, which made it hard to solve basic issues. For example, I asked for help turning off the air conditioner, but the receptionist said they couldn’t assist. Only after sharing my concern and giving feedback was the issue resolved, although it took some effort.
The cleanliness of the room was below expectations and could be improved. Additionally, the hotel’s location is quite far from the city center, which may not be ideal for all travelers.
With a few improvements, especially in service and cleanliness, this hotel could offer a much better guest experience.
