The room was spotless and very comfy with a little fridge and view over the valley. Tasty breakfast. Plenty of parking just off the main road and outside the clean air zone.

The bar and restaurant don't open at the weekend and you're 3 miles out of pforzheim.

Fantastic staff, very helpful with local guidance on food and dog walks.

Autobahn junction nearest the hotel is closed for construction, small detour as a result. Not a massive problem though.

I liked everything, especially the woman who sold me the shirt l needed . She was very special. I don't know her name, but if you ask the staff she'll know that the Black American with the Dreadlocks want to know her. The hotel is clean and comfortable，the staff is so nice and patient（especially thanks to Anne）that help us a lot like to call taxi ，rent car and give good advice for our trip.

Did not take breakfast as at 18 Euros each it did not offer us value for money.

Arrived at check-in and were directed to a room in the old part of the hotel. The receptionist could see that my wife was walking with the aid of a crutch as she was recovering from a broken ankle. The room had a steep sided narrow bath with a shower but no screen. My wife could not get into the bath so she returned to reception to ask to be moved to a room with a walk-in shower. Reception advised they didn’t have any rooms in this category but we could move to the new part of the hotel at an upgrade cost of 16 Euros. Pretty miserable service!!!!

Extremely helpful staff, near the motorway which is convenient after a long drive. Staff also showed us where to get petrol the next day. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent

Free WiFi didn't appear to be available in the public rooms. The shower was in a very high-sided bath which was tricky for a short person and would be terrible for someone with mobility issues. Very easy to slip as well. The room was quite hot

Very attentive staff. Our coffee machine in the room wouldn't work, so they offered us the coffee from the breakfast hall. It's right outside the autobahn so it's perfect for s quick stop overnight

The bathroom could use some renovations Our room was facing the access ramp to the highway, do there was a bit of noise in the morning. Non existent pillows

The room was far too hot despite our best efforts to cool it own.

Coffee machine in room wasn't good and unfortunately the WiFi wasn't working.

I liked to room size. The lighting was excellent. Also, the staff was super helpful. The restaurant had a great menu. It was easy to locate the hotel (just off the freeway). And yet we could take a walk and see some of the countryside.

The music in the eating areas didn't function well.

The pillows were absolutely horrible! We all got a neckpain by the morning. For this much money and 4 stars you'd expect at least a decent pillow... It was also very noisy from the street side.

The restaurant was closed on the Sunday we stayed. We were not informed of this at the time of booking but 2 days before arrival

We arrived on a motorcycle in a thunderstorm! The gentleman on Reception was really helpful and so friendly. Room was clean. Restaurant was very good with friendly staff. Food excellent. Breakfast very good too.

Nothing to dislike.
