Clean, comfortable bed, nice big bathroom with wonderful water pressure.

There is no elevator so you have to carry yout luggage up the stairs.
The bathroom is good but can get smelly when vent is turned off due to no window.

Easy to reach from Pforzheim rail and bus station. The hotel is close to shopping area, restaurants etc.
Good communication via booking for com as regards check-in. It was very easy. Once inside if reception is closed then key in the details on the screen and the machine releases a regular key. Room was on the 3rd floor. No lift but I had a room facing the rear so very quiet.
Room was adequate. Clean with bathroom in good condition. Single bed, chair and desk. WiFi worked well. The room had a small balcony. However the window would not stay open so had to use a coat hanger as a wedge.
Breakfast was ok. Not a huge range of foods, but the hotel isn't big. Cheeses, cold meats, eggs, bread/rolls etc.
Overall good value for money.
Nothing negative to report, though lack of a full time reception and no lift may impact on some individual's needs.

thin walls I could hear person in other room all the time. No elevator hard to move with big luggage. outdated facilities in the room
