The property is titally good but it needs a deep cleaning coz some part of the room most specially the corners of the room are not cleaned properly
Some of your staff doesn’t know how to talk properly and doesn’t know how to handle certain situations. Also, I know that visitors of your guests are not allowed to stay overnight. However you must take some consideration in allowing guests to have visitors for quite sometimes becaus eif you will restrict them from accepting and inviting visitors to visit them while staying at your hotel, you might lose clients. They would probably won’t consider staying at your hotel anymore. We tried 5 star hotels in Jumeirah and they are all good most specially their hospitality and customer service are excellent. Unlike your other staff, they don’t treat guests the way your staff treat guests. Some of your staff are rude and awful even if you talk to them nicely.🤷🏻♀️
