Rooms were newly renovated.
Staff were very brisk and seemed rude, not interested. Bar staff poured beer from one dirty glass into a clean glass, filled it up with more beer and served it to my husband, we could see from our seats. They were so keen to clear tables we hadn't eaten and they were taking our cutlery. The pillows were like flat pancakes - too soft. The rooms are not sound proof and we heard upstairs banging and kids jumping and running around in the rooms and hallways. Every door that was closed was banged shut that our door rattled loudly and woke us both up multiple times. Our view was meant to be the town church but we got a noisy school. And even the garbage truck at some stupid hour banging bins and bottles below our window. The bus transfer was 10 min late next morning and every time I asked if he was going to collect us we were ignored and left standing there with our luggage. If you like all this then this is the place for you :)

Pretty much a standard Marriott hotel experience. Very nice room and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I only had a short stay for a layover, so I didn't try the restaurant/bar on-site, but it looked good. I liked that the hotel was far enough away from the airport that it was quiet, but near the town square where you can find a good restaurant or bar.
My only issue was that there was no iron in the room. We had an ironing board, but no iron. We were in a hurry to get a flight, so we didn't attempt to call the front desk to ask for one. Other than this, it was a fine room.

Location!
Not enough staff, especially in restaurant. Restaurant food was mediocre at best and service slow because of short staffing.
