We stayed for two nights, the staff were great and helpful, the room was big and quiet, we never heard any sound from outside of the room.
The room was clean, the basic toiletries were good.
The hotel requires a substantial deposit during your stay, which I understand is likely due to concerns about guest behaviour. However, I suggest that Marriott consider implementing a loyalty credit system. This system could automatically track guests' previous stays, allowing loyal, well-behaved customers to benefit from a reduced deposit, while guests with poor records could be required to pay a higher deposit or even be denied a stay. Such a system would reward customer loyalty and offer recognition, enhancing the premium experience expected from the Marriott brand.
The location was not easy to access, 20-minute walk from the translation, and far from city center.
