Super nice room and really close to the beach! The air conditioning was working great, and the bathroom was huge! It was a really good value for money.

Nice staff. Two out of three people from the front desk didn’t speak English, but were kind.
My daughter liked one particular snack from the complimentary snacks and was given extra when the lady found out.
Air conditioning was grat.
It’s older and the good times are over.
The location is terrible-in the middle if one-way main streets for cas coming to this part of Anzio. Literally like in the middle of a roundabout (in a triangle shape).
They keep using some extra strong perfume in the rooms, which kept me awake for most of the first night. After I told them, it got a liitle better, but was still present. I’d never experienced this strong sence in a hotel.
Also-please stop calling cheap sweets and refrehsments in the room “breakfast”.
You can hear everything from the hallway and neighbouring rooms, so you get awake not only by traffic, but also by people unlocking their next-door rooms or talks behing the walls.
Last but not least- our room was upstairs and the first two nights we didn’t have warm water. After our complaint, it got better, they put up the temp in the boiler. The pressure though was still really weak. I’d understand that the conditions can be difficult regarding water in summer, but would expext to be informed beforehand.
