the location and the night shift guy from the reception desk Enrique was super helpful , can't say the same words about the other stuff

i have requested a baby cot , i was charged £10 for it the cot was absolutely a mess , with broken pieces of wood undrenath and a rubbish mattress who actually wasn't a mattres was a changing mat .Ended up not using it at all , very disappointed

The staff were truly wonderful and accommodating in every aspect from arrival to the friendly cleaners who greeted me with good morning every day. The hotel itself is in a great location, the room is massive with great air conditioning as is the balcony with a big bathroom and a lovely shower. The hotel has a great underground secure car park which is a must for a hire car. Highly recommend this hotel

Convenient location with onsite cafe/bar and free parking on the street. Within walking distance to waterfront. Roof terrace for an enjoyable view and relaxing beverage. We were given an accessible room with balcony which was appreciated.

Everything was very clean, albeit a bit worn or dated. Breakfast was not included in the reservation that we made. The price had increased considerably since our last visit 9 months prior.
