Location, calm and relaxed feel. Fabulous breakfasts, even the dogs got a sausage...

Our room was stuffy but we had a fan and it was very warm weather, had windows to open, so down to weather conditions.

Food was fresh, well presented, well prepared. Had to decide on order night before. Easy location to find but by 2 busy roads so quite noisy despite having a room furthest away from these.

Had bath with hand shower so not able to have normal shower. Quite a noisy location. Certainly not 'luxury' despite price and description.
