Location, atmosphere, service, and friendly staff
The fridge in the room was empty, it disappointed me, no water, juices or nibbles., I think it is important to have some snacks, in the room even if the guest has to pay them,

Breakfast was very good, huge choice and was very popular with my family. Location is good with the train station only a few minutes walk from the hotel, we found this worked well for us. Rooms are very spacious, plenty of room for suitcases. Coat hooks are good, hairdryer is appreciated. Fridge in room is great. Most staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy at all times. Large windows so lots of natural light in rooms.
The beds were too hard for me so I had to request an aditional mattress topper (they kindly provided me with one). No milk in the room for tea in the morning (I had to buy my own and keep in fridge). House keeping not always consistant (some days bed was made, other days they were not but bins always emptied and towels replaced if required). Sanitary bags not replaced in my bathroom. Not much choice for people with severe allergies at breakfast - no ingredients or descriptions to view, but breakfast serving staff do their best to help. Jars of nuts everywhere!

The room was spacious and clean !the area was really quiet at night and also was a huge park front of hotel
Everything generally was fine little bit away from city center but still walkable distance also the bus was stopping 100m away

"Breakfast was very good.
The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the garage is wonderful, with large spaces, as we had a VW Tiguan large.
As everywhere in Stockholm parking is expensive.
