Helt ok hotell ingen wow-upplevelse.

Läget, nära till "allt". Sköna sängar.

Vid frukosten var det trångt. När personalen torkade av borden, svepte dom smulorna ner på golvet, i min värld är dylikt inte ok.

After a day out sightseeing, knowing we had a comfortable hotel made the day better.

The hotels location was just what we needed. we could walk into the centre of Stockholm from the hotel along the lake shore. The hotel is located just outside of the hustle / bustle of the city centre, which was ideal for our break. Our room was great, plenty of space to move around, quiet and very clean.

Prior to visiting Stockholm my wife had contacted the hotel to request a room with a bath, unfortunately the room we were allocated did not have a bath but this did not spoil our stay.

I believe we simply received the wrong room, which significantly impacted our stay

Honestly, it was a mixed experience. On one hand, the hotel itself appeared luxurious, situated near the park with a pleasant view and offering a good breakfast with friendly staff. However, our expectations were somewhat higher based on the photos we saw online.

My partner and I aimed to have an exceptional one-day experience in Stockholm for our anniversary. We included this information along with our wishes in the additional info section. Unfortunately, our room fell short of expectations (perhaps it's just room 611 with these issues). We specifically requested a room with a bath, as shown in the photos, but were provided with a shower instead. Additionally, the room could use some maintenance; there were broken decorations, a damaged table, and the bathroom door was notably dirty (I typically overlook such details, but it was quite noticeable). Furthermore, while we were provided with tea cups and tea bags, there were no spoons. As a friendly suggestion, using spoons instead of non-environmentally friendly wooden sticks would be preferable. Spoons are more comfortable and practical, in my opinion.

Very good value for money

Amazing restaurant which offers very good food for fair prices. Bar/Lounge also very comfortable. Staff always kind and happy to help. Big and comfy rooms.

Bed sheets were not really clean (some black stains), the room was not cleaned until very Lete (past 6pm), and they forgot a cleaning cloth in my room.

Kungsholmen peut être l'île idéale pour rayonner dans Stockholm. L'emplacement du Courtyard by Marriott est très appréciable tant en termes de facilités de déplacements, qu'en termes de calme et tranquillité de séjour. Hôtel de type international tout à fait recommandable.

Excelente opción para visitar Estocolmo

Personal muy amable y atentos. Especialmente en el comedor con personal de habla hispana. Destaco la excelente atención de Juliette (cubana). Buena opción calidad-precio no estando ubicado en el centro de Estocolmo. Dos paradas de metro cercanas, a unos 10'andando. Habitación limpia y confortable. Para repetir y recomendar.

New building, property was well maintained. Breakfast options were plenty and close to public transport.

I trusted the hotel brand but it was cold sleep.

Room was enough large and the view of room was sufficient. The breakfast was wonderful. Hotel location was closed the metro station but there were no enough options near the hotel.

It was -6 degree outside, and the room wasn't warm enough. Reception didn't answer room phone calls many times. Water flow was very low in bath. Hotel staff who bring extra blanket, was not helpful.

Clean and comfortable, would highly recommend.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was the same and the shower is great. The staff were friendly and the delicious breakfast was included in our stay. The hotel is cozy and clean and easy to get around. Only 10 minutes in an Uber from the train station (Arlanda express).

Vi firade min älskade hustru som snart fyller 70 år så allt var så fint ordnat den helgen.

Rummen var mycket bra. Sängen var skön. Frukosten var väldigt god. Det kändes som om man var både hemma och borta i ett annat land.

Comfortable stay

Good sized room, staff are very helpful and friendly, good location. Rooms cleaned everyday. Metro stations are nearby.

No separate shower, shower is in the bath - can be slippery. Also a bit expensive for the facilities, there's a big rush in the dining area at breakfast time.
