I got the Tradewinds suite which comes with exclusive benefits and they are well worth it. Free food, snacks, and beverages throughout the day. Cabana, beach towels, and water floats included. It was a great value
Bathrooms could have had an exhaust fan, but other than that I have no complaints

The ocean front junior suite is a great option for 4 people as long as you get a roll away bed. It’s very spacious with a large wrap around balcony.
The beach chair/ palapa reservation system. You had to use their stupid app and palapa reserved the night before. It should be first come first served. Off season not a problem but high season would be irritating. The app to order food was glitchy as well, could not get rid of food order you put in. This is the QR code at each palapa, great concept, bad app. You cannot customize your food order.

We loved the Tradewinds, the staff, our room, the cleanliness, the maid service, concierge, pool, and beach set up.

Property was in a great location and the staff were very helpful
Our room had someone’s toe nail clippings on floor and a broken refrigerator that I called multiply times to fix and took time 3 to actually come
