The location is truly great. The staff at check in was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

My room was cold; thankfully there was another bed in the room so I could sleep with 2 duvets! The hotel is a bit pricey. Considering the price of the booking, I found the breakfast a bit disappointing. They had all the very basics, but for example only natural yoghurt with no additional flavours and nothing to make it sweeter (jam or so). Not having karjalanpiirakka at a Finnish hotel is always a shame. This particular room had various little issues in the bathroom - I’ve later found out that some other rooms in the same hotel have none of these problems. There was a strange, strong draft by the bathroom door. There wasn’t any hand soap in the bathroom, even though it was otherwise well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There was someone else’s body hair on the shower floor… yuck! Finally, the hooks for hand towels were so close to the table/horizontal surface in the bathroom that it was practically impossible to keep the towels hanging on them.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE, LOCATION FIT MY NEEDS WELL.

NO LAMP OR CHARGING PIONT AT THE BED. DARK CURTAINS COVERED ONLY 75% OF THE WINDOW, SO IT GOT BRIGHT IN THE ROOM TOO EARLY.
