Aside from the intruder issue (see below) the room was very nice, clean, very comfy bed. Everything at the hotel is well managed , breakfast had a very large selection of a variety of food. Of course the access to the Private Island was an absolute stand out.
There were renovations being carried out at the hotel & we were not warned about it. Imagine coming out of the shower & finding 2 men on your balcony ! I have no idea why they allocated rooms where renovations were taking place, very disappointing. When we asked them to leave our balcony they were very rude & not compliant. We informed management & then received a letter warning that the next two days the workers would be back.

I loved the location, the privacy of hotel beach , flamingo private island, the view from the room and pool area. We liked it so much that during the same vacation we come back to Renaissance Wind Creek after staying in Palm Beach.
Stuff should smile more.

The room was nice and clean and it had a beautiful view and it was lovely to get to renaissance island
The staff on reception they where very rude plus this hotel was trying to charge us for something we had already paid for
