Easily accessible via Metro, pub right down the hotel , shops near by, quieter neighborhood

Well located. Convenient for the metro into the centre of Paris. Near loads of good restaurants and bars. Rooms are decent: clean and comfy enough. Breakfast good quality with a good selection
It’s being refurbished so there are loads of dust sheets and smell of paint on the upper levels. And work started at 9AM on Saturday morning which woke me up

The area if you are into a different Parisian experience.
No services: no restroom at ground floor. Meager in toiletries: no extra toilet paper, little soap and shower gel.
No luggage room: bags are left under staircase facing a corridor open to the street.
When I went to pick up my bags I had could not access a toilet. Had to go to a café at the other side of the street.
Staff didn't cooperate.
