It was really nice and clean although the rooms were a bit dated but it added to the atmosphere of the hotel.
The function suite was a bit noisy when going to bed but it did stop at 12 other than that nothing else.

Convenient for the money paid. It was clean
The carpet in my room 110 needs replacing lots of marks and stains. Shower needs regrouting as was black and mouldy. No hooks on the back of shower room door. I had to put my clothes on the floor.

Near the NEC
DO NOT stay here if you don't want a £100 parking fine per night. I registered my car AND paid at reception for 2x nights and still got 2 parking tickets .
