If you like a nice quiet area with clean wide streets around the hotel, then this is the place for you.
The hotel was a little too busy on arrival, also there was a lot of noise down the corridor from other guests.

We really appreciated the size of our room, our view of the beach, and the hotel's location near the sea as well as between two very interesting parts of the city. I've been coming to Phan Thiet for nearly 30 years, and the hotel, which has been around for a while, is a very nostalgic place for me!
The hotel breakfast we found unsatisfactory. Rather than try to find something there that we liked, we bought a few groceries in town and coffee from the Highlands Cafe next door for our breakfast instead.

We asked for some changes about the rooms because one person could not come but the sale staff said that there were no room available. However, when we stayed there, we still see some vacant rooms.
The staff ( except the porters) is not ready to help and serve the customers.
