sehr freundliches Personal - sehr ruhig - gute Parkplätze - wirklich sehr sauber
Größere oder mehr zusätzliche Kopfkissen (Reserve Kopfkissen im Schrank war nicht wirklich ausreichend) --- Ein größeres oder zus. Badehandtuch wäre wünschenswert

Top notch customer service, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating even beyond their means. Very good communication from the beginning and reassured us that our stay will go well. Rooms were comfortable with all services working quite well.

It is a good enough hotel, nothing exceptional. Be careful with the name, do not imagine it is iin woodland. There is woodland nearby but the hotel really is part of an industrial area. It is a tiny house behind one of several massive industrial / office area. Relatively quiet at weekends as I were there, and I do not know if it would be so during the week.
It was OK and still I am finding it hard to really say what I liked.
Yes, maybe that the WiFi connection was good, and I could hold meetings on Zoom for my work, and there was a small fridge where I could store yogurt. I asked for a kettle and they provided it to me and that was great too.
My room was much smaller than I would have liked, so the bed. I was asked if I wanted a balcony and I said yes, and I would have liked to know more of the other options, when I saw that the room was on the ground floor and a bit dark, and near one entry door. It was quiet enough and yet not really what I expected for the price I paid.
