Temiz ve güzel bir otel, personeli her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Tekrar istanbula yolum düşerse mutlaka tercihim Raymond hotel’den yana olucak.

The location is amazing and the staff are really friendly. Great rooftop view as well.
The central AC is not a good idea. During the night it was fine but I was practically sweating during the day because of the sun and I couldn't control the room temperature. Also, the room sizes seem bigger in the pictures.

Excellent staff. Worked hard to meet any needs. Extra friendly even cleaning staff. First class service. Excellent breakfast with great presentation and wait staff. Perfect location for hop on tram to get to all the destinations. Nice restaurant on top with good views and had the soup which was excellent. Loved the tables.
Our first room was too warm even with heat off and windows open so staff moved us to another.

501. szoba: Afürdőszoba penészes. A zuhanyfülke ajtaja nem záródik rendesen. A radiátoroknál csak a szélső 8 - 10 cm meleg, a többi része levegős, nem fűt. A szobában kettő vendégre csak egy kis zsámoly volt, szék egy sem. Csak egy pici szekrény van egy polccal, ez kevés. Polc kéne a falra is. A radiátor alatt, radiátor mögött, a szoba sarkaiban, a függöny mögött nem takarítanak. Tele volt por pelyhekkel. Minden nap rendesen fel kéne vizesen törölni a padlót! Az ajtofélfa és a padlószegély nagyon piszkos. Összességében erre a szobára ráférne egy erős nagytakarítás.
Az egyik nap nem kaptunk wc papirt, én kerestem a folyosón lévő szekrényben. Másik nap nem kaptunk zuhanyzóhoz kilépő szőnyeget. A használt törülközőt összehajtogatva visszarakták, csere helyett. A tv-ben kb 10 12 csatornat tudunk nézni. Nagyon gyengék. Csak egy csatorna angol nyelvű.
A reggeli: a kávézó-gép tejes oldala dohos tejet ad. Az ötödik nap elfogyott a vaj, nem pótolták.

The staff were very hospitable. Luca restaurant on the roof was on fire; the food was delicious. I’ve had a great stay.

Location was very good as you could get anywhere easy.
It's more like a 3 stars hotel, the breakfast room is small with around 8 tables and it can be very full and have no place to sit.
The staff is very unprofessional, the receptionist insinuated that I didn't pay the transfer before checking and contradicted me till he really checked and saw in the system. The cleaning mixed my pijamas with te bed sheets and send them to the cleaners, thing that it was very funny for the receptionist that I remained without sleeping clothes...and of course they didn't help in the end..
Also they are using very old towels, some of them are torn and not white anymore...

Staff member Abdulrehman was really nice guy a lot helpful :)
Reception guy was worst .
Need to replace immediately. Was quite rude and not at all friendly . Wasn’t welcoming at all . At the time of check-in he said we will assure to accommodate you as our flight was in evening so we want check out a bit late but at the last day he wasn’t listening and we have to take our luggage and stay at reception and have to call taxi early .
Need a lot more improvements

The hotel is nice and clean. It is located in an exceptional place, near the pier, Marmara metro, tram, Galata bridge, Egyptian bazaar, historical sights. The employees are friendly, hospitable, helpful, and the breakfast is fantastic. All recommendations for this lovely hotel. :)

- Just one minute to Metro and Tram station.
- The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
- Breakfast was nice.
- Starbucks, McDonald's were very close.
- Very warm and helpful staffs.
- Too much traffic to get there from Airport.
- Small rooms.
- Sound isolation could be better.
- Need more lights in rooms.
