Praticamente ci è piaciuto tutto, la stanza era perfetta, il servizio in camera impeccabile, il ristorante garantisce ogni mattina una colazione ricchissima di prodotti salati e dolci e la spa è perfetta per rilassarsi dopo aver fatto qualche camminata durante la mattina; inoltre io e la mia compagna abbiamo adorato la tranquillità della zona.

Le studio était parfait pour notre famille et la terrasse splendide, très calme aussi. La gentillesse du personnel, les jeux pour les enfants, l’emplacement, le spa, la balade avec les lamas. Nous nous sommes régalés également, les repas ont tous été excellents. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien durant notre séjour. Et nous avons adoré la soirée barbecue dans le jardin, un grand bravo aux cuisiniers et à nos hôtes qui font tout pour que nous passions de magnifiques vacances.

The area is beautiful and the hotel is a nice traditional style. I really liked the studio layout of the room, it was quiet at night, all clean and comfortable, nice little play area outside.
It didn't compare so favourably with other similar places we stayed in Austria. It was not so friendly as others, on check in they didn't automatically give us the welcome card or point out where the children's facilities were. You have to pay for the games room facilities and the swimming pool was chillier than others. Breakfast was buffet only and food was just fine. I expected more for 700 euros really.
What upset me was that we had to leave early because of a family emergency and they were only willing to move the dates by 14 days which seemed very insensitive given that there is only one way a brain tumour is resolved in 14 days and it's not one where you'd be going on holiday.
