The overall experience was superb. Staff was great especially Freeha Kazi who met us the minute we arrived with a very warm welcome and was there for our help and support throughout till the point we departed. She checked on us everyday. It was a pleasure to deal with her. I wish all hotels had staff like Freeha. Our who experience changed to the best because of her.
Pls share with with her as well. I want to thank her for all she did.
The Japanese restaurant. Food was pathetic and helping were small.

We mainly liked the beach and the food
The staff greeted us in a hostile manner, insisting that we pay for a service we did not use (a transfer). We often heard in the restaurant that certain foods could not be served due to unavailability. No alternatives were offered. There was no choice of drinks, nor was a bottle of wine provided at the table under the all-inclusive package. The pool in the villa was unusable due to the cold water.
